At Feline Might, we are committed to quality. Each item is made-to-order specifically for you through our North American fulfillment partners. This allows us to maintain high craftsmanship standards while reducing waste.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every product is custom-made upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "change of mind" or ordering the wrong size/color. We provide detailed Size Charts on every product page and strongly encourage you to review them before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind our products 100%. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you.

  • Timeframe: Please notify us at support@felinemight.store within 10 days of delivery.

  • Requirements: Please include your order number and at least 3 clear photos of the item’s condition.

  • Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (within 5 business days) or send a replacement free of charge—whichever you prefer.

Lost or Incomplete Orders

If your tracking information shows "delivered" but an item is missing, please contact us within 10 days. We will work with the carrier to arrange replacements for the missing components.

Order Cancellations

Since our production process begins almost immediately after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of purchase.
