Our items are printed and shipped from various fulfillment centers across North America. Depending on your location and inventory levels, your order will be dispatched from the nearest facility to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

1. Production Time (Made to Order)

Each item is uniquely crafted for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order ships.

Most orders are processed within 3 business days.
During peak seasons (holidays/sales), production may take slightly longer. We will keep you updated via email at every stage.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and other reliable regional carriers.

Standard Shipping: $9.99 (Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days after production).
Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Note: Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping transit time.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the carrier’s website.

4. Delivery Issues & Support

While we trust our carriers to deliver your order safely, we understand that issues can happen.

Damaged during transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us at support@felinemight.store so we can arrange a replacement.
Lost Packages: If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, please reach out to us. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or provide a solution.

5. Cancellations
