What are the shipping options? Do you offer free shipping?
Standard Shipping is $4.99. Orders of $80 or more ship free! We also run occasional promotions with discounted or free shipping, so keep an eye on our latest offers.

How long will it take to get my order?
All items are made to order, ensuring top quality. Production takes 3–7 business days, depending on workload. Most orders are ready within 3 days, though during peak seasons it may take longer.

• Standard & Free Shipping: 2–8 business days (after production).
• You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we only ship within the USA.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
One order = one address. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

MY ORDER

Can I change my order?
Orders can’t be changed once processed and tracked. However, you may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing support@felinemight.store. Please double-check your details before checkout.

Can I change my shipping address?
For security and processing speed, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is in progress. Please confirm your details before placing your order.

How do I know if my order has shipped?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can monitor your order anytime.

Can I use multiple discount codes?
Only one discount code can be applied per order.

What payment methods do you accept?

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return my product?
Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for the wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please review product details and our size chart carefully before purchasing.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items. Each piece goes through strict quality checks, but if an issue arises, we’ll resolve it promptly. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

What if my order is defective or incorrect?
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 10 days of delivery at support@felinemight.store.

• Include your order number and at least 3 clear photos of the issue.
• If multiple items are affected, include a group photo of all items together.

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer.

What if items are missing from my order?
If your order arrives incomplete, please notify us within 10 days of delivery at support@felinemight.store. Once verified, we’ll send replacements at no cost. For lost or damaged packages in transit, claims may require proof of purchase and supporting photos/videos.

Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges aren’t available. Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering.
