Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! If you spend $80 or more, you automatically get free shipping. We frequently run promotions that include discounted or free shipping. Be sure to check back for our latest offers!

What's the delivery time of my order?

Economy Shipping: 4-8 business days. Standard Shipping & Free Shipping: 2-5 business days. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with a tracking number and a link to track it directly.

Please note that these transit times are separate from the production time needed for your items.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We do not ship internationally.

Can I ship multiple items to different addresses?

We want your experience with us to be as seamless as possible. Currently, we are able to ship to one address per order. If you’d like to send items to multiple locations, simply place separate orders for each address.

Can I change my order?

Once your order is processed and a tracking number is issued, it cannot be canceled. However, you can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by reaching out to us at contact@felinemight.storeAfter that period, we are unable to accommodate order modifications. 

We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review all product details and reach out with any questions before making your purchaseWe will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color.

Can I change my shipping address?

We prioritize speedy order processing to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. Because of this, we’re unable to make changes to shipping addresses once an order is processed.

Where is my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link for easy monitoring. Please note that new arrivals and pre-orders may take a bit longer, as we print these items on demand to ensure quality.

What happens if an item is defective?

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our customer support team via email within 10 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number in the subject line and attach a photo showing the item's condition. We will gladly provide a replacement or a full refund—no questions asked.
