At Feline Might, we’re committed to getting your complete order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s what you can expect from our shipping process:
Production Time
Please allow 3-7 days for the production of our items, which depends on the workload of the print provider we work with. Based on our experience, most of the shirts can be dispatched within 3 days, but there is a rare chance that it may take up to 7 business days.
During peak shopping seasons or sale events, processing times may vary, and we’ll keep you informed about your order’s status throughout the fulfillment process.
Special Occasions
If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out to us before completing your purchase. We’ll help you select the best shipping method and check availability for items that can ship immediately.
Shipping Methods
We provide the following shipping options for domestic orders:
Economy Shipping ($3.99): Estimated delivery in 4-8 business days.
Standard Shipping ($4.95): Estimated delivery in 2-5 business days.
Free Shipping: Get free Standard Shipping on orders over $80 within the continental U.S.
We ship via USPS. Once your order is produced, transit times typically range from 2 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping option you select at checkout.
Please remember that these transit times are in addition to the production time required for your items.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package using the tracking number on our [Tracking Page] or directly on the courier's website.
Our shipments are FOB: Origin, meaning once your order is handed over to the carrier, we can no longer control the shipping process.
For any questions regarding delays, tracking, delivery, or lost packages, please reach out directly to USPS. They will be able to assist you with the most accurate information.
If you experience any damage or loss during transit, the recipient must file a claim directly with the carrier. We recommend documenting the condition of the package upon arrival to facilitate the claims process.
Processing and Cancellation Time
Once your order is processed and a tracking number is issued, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement by contacting us at contact@felinemight.store.
